Reflect & Reset Week

1st to 5th December 2025

Welcome to Reflect & Reset Week!

I’m really glad you’re here with me this week.

Remember, this isn’t about putting pressure on yourself - there’s no criticism or judgement. Just...

Notice what's working.

Let go of what isn't.

Start to build a picture of how you want 2026 to look for you.

You’ll need something to capture your thoughts, whether that’s a notebook, a word doc, or you want to record voice notes for yourself to listen back. As long as you capture all your thoughts from this week in one central place, you’ll be doing well.

My goal is that by the end of this week, you’ll feel clearer, lighter and more grounded in what’s actually important for your marketing in 2026. So you can stop wasting time, energy and effort on marketing that’s not working for you.

What would you like to get out of this week?

Welcome to your week of coaching!

Day 1: Celebrate what's worked

Today we’re starting with something really simple, but super important:

What’s worked well for you this year and how does that make you feel?

What parts of your business felt natural, what felt good, felt in flow and what really connected with the right people. Where did you get results.

Day 2: Notice what the year taught you

What’s not worked so well and what can you learn from that?

What didn’t feel right in your business this year and what is that helping you realise about how you want to work next year?

Day 3: What to keep & what to let go of

Today is about what comes next. Not just a list of goals, but drawing a line in the sand. And it’s one of my favourite exercises to do.

What are you going to stop, what are you going to start and what are you going to continue with

Day 4: Set intentions for 2026

This is where we connect to what you want your life and business to look and feel like without the clutter of “shoulds.”

Day 5: Focus your energy

Clarity doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from deciding what deserves your attention first. That's what today is about.
